        phone for some reason loses accuracy on the fingerprint scanner

        had to unenroll and then enroll the fingerprints again

                      Hi, I have this phone since December 2021 and just yesterday my fingerprint sensor stopped working. I went to settings to reset the fingerprints and put a new one by deleting the old one and then I tried to set a new one but the sensor wasn't working. I rebooted my phone and the fingerprint option disappeared from settings. + I even booted my phone safe mode and it still wasn't there. I also did the two tests by pressing the button kernel like 5 times(from settings, about phone, all specs) and the tests didn't even detect an fingerprint sensor. Just now I factory reseted my phone and the setting still hasn't showed up again.
                      I think that this problem was caused by the fact that some water got on my phone or by the hand cream that i had on my hands when I tried to open my phone (?) I'm not sure. Overall the phone is good but the fingerprint really means a lot to me. Does anyone have the same problem as me?(btw my phone is up to date soo..)

                                    Jimmy, 26 Aug 2022After releaseing of one year still stuck on android 11........ moreMIUI 13 on top of Android 12 is now being released in Europe, so it should come to other regions of the world very soon as well. I think having a Mediatek chipset doesn't help with the update situation, but at least we know it is coming.

                                      I've been using redmi 10 since April, 2022 and my main complain about redmi 10 ( maybe just this particular device ) is that it freezes when using google chrome and a pop-up message says ' chrome is not responding, wait and other related notices '. When I use the preinstalled mibrowser, it works better, but slagishly. Is anyone facing a similar problem?
