If the game is set to 30fps, the graphics settings can be increased a little more while the game remains stable.
I also highly recommend to always restart your phone before playing and use the game booster which I found both improve the performance significantly.
I had the Redmi 10c for almost 6 months now and its such an amazing phone for its price, only problem is the lack of gyroscope meaning no compass and no YouTube 360° videos.

Best bang for buck in it's class but..Xiaomi forces you to use Find device
and there's no way to get rid of it's reminders.

how to set refresh rate? mine also flickering with high brightness but not all the time. About 30-40% brightness, auto brightness off, it gets better.

Although the video didn’t show this specific phone, it did mention the Indian variant should work with this. So it might be possible, actually. However, I don’t know if one should trust third party apps with that much access.
