why CPU-z is showing CPU load up to 50%, even when there is no application running.

I am using this phone over a month now..in starting I faced problems like over-heating,lagging, call drop,etc .but now i don't see any problems now.
but now only the problem is with contact list and date order both of doesn't changes even when they are changed other manner.
contact list shows all contact even after selecting particular contacts and date always shown in American style I.e, mm/dd/yyyy.

I am using this phone previous 8 days. It gives the best experience of an android phone. There is some heating problem initially which has been removed on updating the MIUI37 to MIUI45. The camera quality is superb. The ram is also freed to 300 to 450 mb using the greenify. I also used the asus zenfone 5 but there is much heating problem in that phone. Redmi is far better then the Asus Zenfone 5.

Now that u have bought micromax wrongly, don't show frustration on redmi. Don't spread rumours. I m using redmi and there is no major problem that I have faced.

Friends I am using this for last one month... No issues...some heating is there... But not making any problems...my ht desire 616 is also heating...gud phone for this price range...gud display ..gud back up...gud camera...nice looking... Gud sound producing...
