Yagya, 17 Aug 2016I am using redmi 2 since last one n half year and quite sat... moreSame issue Yagya I am also not able to switch on this phone due to over heating issue, pathetic service centre of Thane, they told it will take 8 days for getting quotation and more 12 to 15 days for repairing thoug my phone is out of warranty period.

Aman, 26 Aug 2016After updating my redmi 2 to MUIU8 can't view my online and... moredownload the miui 7 stable zip from the miui website. flash the miui 7 zip using twrp recovery. miui 8 is still in dev mode. so it has problems.

Horrible and wooooorst service I have ever seen in my life. Our Redmi 2 is not even 3 months old and is facing so many issues and these idiots are not picking the phone in the customer care number. The hotline is busy all the time. I haven't spoken to the customer care official inspite of trying for 2 weeks.

i use this phone around 11 months and still using this phone until now. hmm i think this phone very work great, never finding trouble. good job xiaomi!

nikhilingle96, 22 Aug 2016After updating my phone several time now i get to use only ... moreafter taking a backup of your data(apps,system) u have to do a clean install via fastboot method. This will clean internal memory and u will get your phone memory back . Or u can factory reset it but do not worry u will not lose any data if u take a backup for factory reset.
Take a back up on your SD card before u do anything and take out that SD card while resetting.

hi Guys im satisfied with my xiomi redmi 2 prime..in my phone every thing is fine but I have only one problem with it..and the problem is that ,it sometime locks my screen automatically while I was surfing my device .1)if u can't find hide files in Gallary so just double tap on left key = .that key looks like that..then click on show hidden files toggle it to on

I like everything in this phone except battery backup . it drains very fast even playing game for only five minutes. Please help me how to increase battery life......
