Yagya, 17 Aug 2016I am using redmi 2 since last one n half year and quite sat... moreI help but first.....you have to format your phone or clean your Application memory in your device .... Then restart your phone and do not full your internal memory whatever it's a Apps or other memory.

This phone is not good i was bought before seven months but the camera is not working since last two months...i wnt to tthe service center service people are telling that there is a mother board problem..i have warranty for one year...but it will cost extra 3000 for me to solve the issue....this is not good..even my friend also facing the same problem...i will refer you to don't go with this phone..it wasn't good

Ficals , 17 Aug 2016Can i upgrade my Redmi 2 1/8Gb to miui 8 global beta lolipo... moremiui 8 global beta kitkat version(not lollipop) is available for Redmi 2 1GB version because of low RAM. so you will not get any ota for lollipop version.If you still want to upgrade to miui 8 global beta lollipop rom(redmi 2 prime) you have to flash the full rom via updater app or via fastboot method.But there will be some issues as lollipop is meant for redmi 2 prime not for redmi 2.
