i am using redmi 1s ....i am quite satisfied...app lock will not working as miui itself has a customised feature for applock.
goto setting>security > private then lockyour apps by patten lock

Good mobile with better features at this price..
If mobile heating occurs,battery draining....
Remove the sd card and reboot it...

ya also played down all hardcore games on the handset did not feel any lags. playyed nova3, iron man 3 and asphalt 8 / superb display and grafix . was awesome

the phone is superb ya it does have a bit of heating issuies. but over all performance of the device is superb. xiomi redmi 2 is way ahead than the redmi 1 good battery life . on 3 g i survied a full day . guys those who have a chance grab it down
