I'm in Fiji.I just got this phone..When I dial the number to check my balance this sequence of numbers appear and not the actual balance or whats normally suppose to appear...what to do?

hello I have a redmi 2,staying in South Africa brought my phone online but I can't check my balance,it says mmi error,how cn I fix it,end its still some applications r using china language

Mine is the 2GB/16GB version and it is fast, responsive, has long battery life and is the best phone I've had.
Buying one for my wife now.

Hitesh punjabi, 25 Jan 2016I confused bought redmi 2 or redmi 2 prime?? Answer meit's the worst thing which i brought in my life..i recommend no one to buy any product that belongs to xiaomi company..Because they are the bad products which will be damaged within 2-3months after u buy.

Answer meBuy Redmi Note 2, I had used Redmi 2, it was experience lag, lag after use and close camera (show message 'just a sec...'), use Chrome for browsing frequently stuck and show not responding message. And while it is being charged, performance down, everything was lag, typing message lag, browse internet lag, game lag, scrolling lag.

I am using Xiaomi Redmi 2 phone.i have facing Heating and battery drain problem.

I have bought it just 1 month ago and I'm getting HEATING problems....!
Battery DRAINS very quickly(also in idle mode) and gets very hot in just 5 mins of use...!
I have also UPGRADED to MIUI 7.1 but the problem still persists!
PLEASE SUGGEST ME ANY SOLUTION IF U HAVE...!!!!!!'

Did you got any solution? If yes, then PLEASE suggest me...
(I had MIUI 6.5 earlier and it's recently upgraded to MIUI 7.1... It's just 2 months old)
