Heating problem is not the issue as it develops in slight amount after prolonged use and if u think ur phone's got something more than that then contact your nearest service centres

too much heating problem and battery drainage problem...charging is very slow ......the phone no.s of service center are not working......after talking half an hour over ph due to much radiation it make me ill...............but it gave me a good service in 5 months after I bought it

I have a suggestion for those who are going to buy this phone
1.please use the phone and check performance from your friend before buying it.
2.phone performance is seen good without using sim cards.so please test the phone with simcards and linking google ,mi accounts with it.load some videos and apps in it .also check the 2G net speed.

i m usnig the phn this phn gives me the best option for purchasing teh best and chaeapest mobile all the features in the handset the camera quality is very good and i take the selfies of mine and it got 75 likes and 105 comments so the camera is excellent and the hanging issue in the handset i m playing gta san andrews 3 in my redmi 2 there is no hanging issue i dnt why people say tht it hanged the music player is amazing, nad the best phn i hvve seen in the last 5 years

brand new phone purchased yesterday. everything is perfect except one problem Battery drainage. hope problem will be fixed by software update in mi service center....my opinion abt this smartphone is value for money...

i tke redmi 2 mobile 3 months back now gon the mother board
i give to srvce centre but they are told me ofter 20 days this mobile get ready,,,,,,,,,,,

I m very disappointed with this phone because over heating problem.after replacing motherboard in service center.and the service is also very slow.its take very long time to slove u r problem. So think about the phone then purchase...
