the phone i bought is not working properly. when i dial to anyone screen become black and thereafter i cant operate till call is stoped from other side. what can i do to solve this problem.

Guyes Lollipop has too many problems. If you update to 5.Lollipop then you will cry for KitKat.So.So don't update to lollipop

i purchaged redmi 2 in august and uses for 2 months. But now my phone is switched off and am not even able to restart this phone.
this is a serious problem that my phone is not starting.
