DISGUSTING SERVICE BY MI
my phone was 3 months old when it became dead on 12 july 2015 and when i reached service centre they told me that its board has to be changed which will take around 10 days and now its more than 20 days and i got no response from service centre. I had also complained to the company regarding this and they also did not respond.
At service centre in kanpur they do not receive any call on the contact no. given on MI website (8601872270)
SO CONSIDERING the service provided by company I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO FOR MI

I purchased just one month before. Suddenly the mobile was too hot and I cannot switch on the phone. Now I am looking for its Service Center in my city. Not yet possible to find it.

i purchase redmi 2 10 day is working good but when i am using net that show the error.
and switch the data network sim 1 to sim2 get problem it not transfer easily to shift.
i return the set.

Phone functions are very good but in new lot facing battery problem with fast discharge in standby something software problems which discharing battery 90% only 10% performance so I request you don't buy
