viru, 31 Aug 2015wen i call some the Mobil display is blank . i could not ab... moreYour proximity sensor is faulty, go to the service center they will repair it. Or you can turn off the proximity sensor then your screen will not get blank.

I purchased this phone , Within one month of usage , charger stopped working , While using or charging the phone it gets heated, I afraid that it can be explode so i keeps this away while charging, Touch screen is also not working good now, Totally disappointed with this phone,

Good camera quality zero buffering and yes sim 1 has 4 g slot...tell me who use 4g in two sim and what is need...

But as with other 2 SIM phones out there, ONLY one slot will be active for data connection. But for voice and text, both are active! Besides these days, you search online for user guide :D-. Safe the trees though...

Bikash, 30 Aug 2015Redmi 2 prime work with MTS(CDMA) network?No...it does not...I tried with cdma sim from Reliance and MTS...also I locked the network to CDMA only using code *#*#4636#*#*....but could not connect to cdma network.

But front Camera video is very dark.. Depress of making video call .. is anyone with same issue

They lies, it doesnt have 4G DUAL SIM, DUAL STAND BY. Only the SLOT 1 supports 4G. I bought it few days ago, Warranty Card and User Manual was missing. Worstest Service Center and Customer Helpine. WORSTEST SERVICE!
