Redmi 2 prime user the problem i am facing is that when i use jio sim(only) thm the network is good and does not show no service but when i use two sims(jio nd aircel)thn the Volte nd the signal icon in the status bar flikers nd after a while it shows no network. Thn i toggle the airplane mode nd everything is ok for a while thn again the same please help me i have to use 2 sims at a time email me(ayanwarrior99@gmail.com) please

Dear sir/madam i m use redmi 2 prime in this phone both sim are 4g but then i have use jio 4g in 2nd sim cart does not work in show only No network.
I have alredy use all network adjustmant.
And 2nd problm is then i m update my phone after updatation my phone many time automatice exit then i have use galery picks and videoes see

I have updated my Redmi 2 prime mobile in miui7.5.3.0 and when I use Jio sim in this mobile there is heating problem and battery draining fastlyy and hanging issue.is miui 8 has come in redmi2 prime phone and it will resolve the issue regarding these problems
. So kindly solve my problem regarding this.

my jio sim got activated....
but i am having less connection speed than expected.
the phone's connection speed shows 30/60 kbps average
is there anything i could do

There is bug in the phone. So, keep on mind that once you keep Jio sim in lot one or two, you must keep the net selected for this Jio sim only otherwise both the sums won't show any network. So, insert Jio sim in slot one and select data for it and then selecting preferred network select Lte... Then mobile networks search and you will find Jio there and select it. The problem is there that you can keep the other sim in only in 2g mode otherwise problem will arise.

Some times it shows only 1 sim with no network. Help me out so that i can swap the internet from jio sim to airtel and use the internet of airtel when i dont find jio network.
