Please tell me what should I do.....

I purchased redmi 2 prime two months ago.It is awesome phone.I updated my phone and now it is too fast. Camera with flash produces yellowish photo before update, but after the update my mobile is giving good photo, yellowish gone away. My mobile is not heating.Every app is opening fast after the update.AC3 audio is now supporting in default video player.I don't know why user is facing problems.It is working fine without a single problem. I am very happy.

I got a handset which seem to me repaired one (might be some one returned and they repaired repacked and supploed to me) this phone heays up too mich. Mic not good. Proximity do not work while calling. You should go to consumer court. Here in india when govt allow other company to sell their product, govt should make a rule to make them bound to provide harass free service to the customet. If not then beat the servicenter guy they sometime mis use their responsibility. Here in my city I gave left and right service center owner who ia oversmsrt.

AR, 10 Nov 2015Really it is very nice phone. +points... 1. touch is aweso... moreWhat about heating issue. Its heats like creazy while playing hd videos and mkv files in storage device. Its main problen. Speaker sound cracks. Mic not good quality recorded voice quality proves it.

Always installed antivirus security before any update in future.

And better battery performance all so and i alos have a good experince with this phone i could not find any probolem am using it froom the last 3 months i love it plz
its a cheap and best product for everyone who dont want to spend the hard earnings

I recently purchased redmi prime - 2. with in 2 weeks it got power button issue. when press power button it will not go to sleep. I contacted mi service centre. They told that mother board issue. once the board received we will change the mother board and inform the same. after 15 days they telling your mobile has water corrosion issue. Warranty will not cover. 7 days before i called them, they told that part not received yet. It's a very bad experience with redmi service center chennai and redmi.

I just returned Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime due to software issues. No ringing on incoming calls. If I reboot, it will work for sometime. After that again, no ringing. Also, cannot import contacts from the memory or from gmail, the infamous "android.process.acore has stopped" error is shown even with truephone app, same error. Also, some heating observed but, a non-issue. It seems, I will go for Lenovo A7000 or 6000Plus for peace of mind. I know....This is a software issue most probably, but have no time to fix it .
