I have been using the device since 2016.worked it very good and smoothly.
all in sudden while open SIM slot to change sim card the phone become off and its now don't become on.But if call to the number ring going on but the phone seems dead.
what the hell it is!!!

My Second Xiaomi Device Other Than Xiaomi Note. Pretty Good Device Snapdragon 616 Better Then My MI4I, I Think I Sold This Around Early 2017.......... Wasted!

my IR the infrared stopped to work and cant command tv anymore, all was ok with mi remote, and suddenly stopped.. anyone have this experience and some advice how to fix it..

Bought in April 2016 and still until now. Don't understand why it isn't broken yet. I can't buy a new one cause its still in a good perform 😂😂😂😂

THIS PHONE IS REALLY SUPERB FOR ITS PRICE!
Been using it since Feb 2016. Was getting laggy, but no more since I update it into MIUI 9.5. Was changing the OS into the global version and works better than before. The build quality is very good since I dropped it quite much, and the screen never breaks until last August. Sadly, I lost it during my recent trip. What a memorable phone.

Phone is really good, I have gold version, very elegant, camera is excellent, battery was beast, 9-10 days, but suddenly stopped to work over night, change it with opening the phone but new one also works only 3 maximum 4 days what is half it had worked, don't know whats the problem, probably calibration needed but non calibration program is good..

When you have less than 2 GB of memory left it slows a bit. So, use this phone with one SIM card or throw out of phone all unnecesarry photos, video clips and similar data if you use it with 2 SIM cards. I will buy it again becose I move all photos and clips on Xiaomi cloud to clear the phone.

still best body size phone with good battery. all newer phones expect that my fingers have grown few centimeters taller.

I bought Redmi 3 in November 2016 in Macedonia. Most of the apps were very slow or were crashing. I was constantly receiving ads, during every use of Internet. I never received update although I was using MIUI 7. However I found out that I was not using official software from MI, so I gave the phone to the official dealership in Macedonia, Hi Store and they installed new official software, so now I have MIUI 9.5. The phone works perfectly as a new one and I only regret that I didn't installed new software previously. Check your software, maybe that is your problem. This phone is a steal for the money.
