My jio sim is not working..enable to receive volte signal..I doubt it's volte phone or not..very disappointed...reply

Alia, 14 Nov 2016network issue....I am not able to use Internet because it's... morein my opinion, i think the problem is the standard network frequency in your country. maybe the frequency of your 3s prime is different with the standard frequency from your country. so it can't run properly

Very good budget handphone but better buy Redmi 4 variant since it has higher spec with relatively same price range.

Very bad result of using jio sim cards....worst experience ....ever.....this is not totally a 4g mobile.....aspar my opinion.......thank u

Salman, 13 Nov 2016I purchased redmi 3s prime and i put sim in one slot it was... moreFirst insert only sim 1. Close sim slot. Wait for network detection. After detection open sim slot and insert second sim. Close it. Wait for network detection of second sim.
If not, open sim slot and without doing anything close it. It will work.
I have same problem.

really its a iPhone 5s killer phone...
I used iPhone 5s... but its a crap phone, when I am using redmi 3s prime.
iPhone's fingerprint sensor is not fast BUT prime's sensor is very fast and accurate and always on.
Its IR Blaster is very accurate and can be used in almost all the home appliances for remote control. Call quality is fine. Battery is very strong and lasts for Two days... Blazing fast LTE bands. Compact phone and camera also good...
shame on Apple... you are looting people in the name on BRAND.
You will go Windows Phone way....

network issue....I am not able to use Internet because it's not working...even the sim which works smoothly in other phones but does not even work in this phone..
