Pros: value for money.Excellent cameras,Giant battery.
Use stock theme for better performance.
Cons:Os issue start hanging if memory is full.
If u install themes or apply customization its makes phone slow
Not recommended for game users.

1) Ringtones disappearing after Updating
Android Version 7.1.2 N2G47H & MIUI version 8.5.1
found alarm & ringtone related issues I was facing with Redmi MI4.
phone didn't make any sound of the ringtone & alarm, When I checked in the setting Ringtone & Vibration, there were no inbuilt sounds. it was all empty with no pre-added sounds.
As usual after I rebooted & factory reset the phone, all sounds suddenly reappeared and ringtone was working fine. But again this problem auto created.
I'm facing nothing good but only problems with this phone. and REBOOTING or FACTORY RESET Everytime is not a solution!
2) Music Player is not working after updating.

About the 5th time. I saw the "USB for charging" option. Weird that it doesn't show it every time.

Been using this phone for a few months, here my small review. It's pretty good for its price.
It's more than smooth for average user. I didn't really liked MIUI(buggy), so I'm using a semi-stock Android Rom 7.2
Design: It's a bit slippery, you might need a cover, Its also hard to find a good tempered glass that fit well, look for fullcover 2.5 or curved glasses(this last one is more expensive) Camera: Not so good but average.
Battery life: A bit disappointed, this phone tends to drain a bit much battery while its IDLE but it's enough for a day and a bit more maybe. But if you are someone that uses your phone not much you might end disappointed as it drains battery on IDLE.. This is the only thing that bothered me from this phone, alot of mAh but the snapdragon 435 isn't very efficient. Screen: Not very sensitive but you'll get used to it. Everything else is Approved by me, what else can you expect from a $100 phone? I recommend it.
Although if you want a excellent battery life and better specs get the Note 4 or Note 4X
It cost a bit more ofcourse.

In Redmi Note 4, When two SIM cards are used simultaneously, the primary SIM can support
4G/3G/2G calls and data while the secondary SIM can support 3G/2G calls only (But Most of the phone supports 2G only). What about Redmi 4 ? Can do the same as Redmi Note 4 ?
