My Redmi 5A often restarts automatically. How I solve this problem'?

    Been using this phone for about 3 months now. Wtf! It suddenly stopped working. Just left in lying in the table and suddenly it wouldn't turn on the screen. Power off/on and volume up/down buttons wouldn't work. I pressed them a lot of times. Pressed and held them. It would just give me a blink on the home button. Help me please.

                          Earpiece volume is very weak even at max setting. Max volume of loudspeaker on backside is also very weak. Missed some calls because of that.

                                  I am uaing redmi 5A 32 gb 3 gb ram model
                                  Only problem i am facing is the earpiece volume is very low call quality is best only volume is low

                                      Hi everybody! I've been reading a lots of opinions and reviews on YouTube. Something that confuses me is why it's so compared with the Redmi 4? I found it on AliExpress at almost the same price but the 5A have 3gb of RAM and 32gb ROM (4A have 2gb/16gb right?) I'd never have a Xiomi, and always looking phones for light use. But now I will use the phone different, I'm taxi driver with Cabify and Uber, and uses Waze so much meanwhile one of this apps is running background. It will be ok for me? It's the processor good enough for this task? I'm comparing this phone whit the ZTE Blade A3, Zenfone 3s Max, Zenfone 4 Max, LeEco Le2 S3, Vernee Thor E and Leagoo Kiica Power (this last one for tigh budget) and really...I DON'T KNOW WICH ONE TO BUY! I hope someone can help me and excuse my English because I'm not a English native speaker :D Thanks!
