*Does the Redmi 5A (not the Note version) from China (imported handset) have MUI-9 or MUI-8.5? Pre-installed?
*Does it actually have any sort of compass configuration?
*Will it work in Canada/ USA regions?
Urgently need the correct answers please as this website and others are giving out different specifications. Thanks in advance...

Awesome Mobile phone for that Cheap Price for only IR.999.000rb or even IR 1.000.000jt
or only 98 dollar
I know its an Low end phone but it's nice has 2GB Of RAM And 16GB of Internal Storage
For the Second Price its even more Nicer it could reach IR.500.000rb or 45 dollar

You guys still complaining about those sensor?! i mean why would you even complaining right? for that cheap price like in Indonesia is only 999.000rb Indonesian Rupiah. (IR) why would you even complaining about those sensor? No Fingerprint is not a problem! Just LOOK AT THAT PRICE! The Cheapest Low End Smartphone with 2/16GB! at least it has IR Blaster Sensor... which is useful sensor when you got no remote for your TV/AC etc.
im not gonna complain for a phone that is so cheap for a 2GB of ram. even for the second price it's gonna be more cheaper than the newer one in Indonesia it could have Reach 500.000rb IR so its so cheap and even its gonna be cheaper than 50 dollars maybe 45 dollar. and im not that gaming kind of guy so im fine with the specs

I would believe Redmi 5A 3/32 (or Prime ed) will not coming to Indonesia officially (might be sold as black market products), because it will cross segment with Redmi 4X or upcoming Redmi 5 in price and specification. - officials thinks (it happens with 4A series)

Even 5A under Rp 1m, was announced officially by Xiaomi Indonesia, not from black market. There will be 2 version of 5A, 2/16 under Rp 1m and 3/32 about Rp 1.5m. Will see that in few months, together with Redmi 5 and 5 Plus.

Just got this today.
I'd say this is like a regular redmi, the speed, the smoothness, etc.
If you're a SOCIAL MEDIA user, for your teen brother/sister this is more than enough...
If you're a gamer TRUST ME buy the 3/32GB version instead.
