I would believe Redmi 5A 3/32 (or Prime ed) will not coming to Indonesia officially (might be sold as black market products), because it will cross segment with Redmi 4X or upcoming Redmi 5 in price and specification. - officials thinks (it happens with 4A series)

Even 5A under Rp 1m, was announced officially by Xiaomi Indonesia, not from black market. There will be 2 version of 5A, 2/16 under Rp 1m and 3/32 about Rp 1.5m. Will see that in few months, together with Redmi 5 and 5 Plus.

Just got this today.
I'd say this is like a regular redmi, the speed, the smoothness, etc.
If you're a SOCIAL MEDIA user, for your teen brother/sister this is more than enough...
If you're a gamer TRUST ME buy the 3/32GB version instead.

As with other Xiaomi phone in Indonesia, they'll get more expensive than original price (with official warranty). Several online store sell it for USD 120 (IDR 1,6M) already. If this phone get beyond USD 85 (IDR 1,25M) I suggest you should try get other recommendations.

and you said, China's made was crap? don't you remember where does every parts of any brands of the phone come from? even iPhone is made in China.

It has been tested on web browser opera (loading pages) and it is noticible slower. Also, minecraft is rendered far more better on Redmi than on Sammy Note. Vice City works the same on both.
What is missing for me is fingerprint and stylus though, but for this price, it is really great device. And I saw now price drop from 139 USD to 108 USD and that is bargain.
Only reason, why I am still with sammy is larger screen and s-pen.
