and you said, China's made was crap? don't you remember where does every parts of any brands of the phone come from? even iPhone is made in China.

It has been tested on web browser opera (loading pages) and it is noticible slower. Also, minecraft is rendered far more better on Redmi than on Sammy Note. Vice City works the same on both.

        What is missing for me is fingerprint and stylus though, but for this price, it is really great device. And I saw now price drop from 139 USD to 108 USD and that is bargain.
        Only reason, why I am still with sammy is larger screen and s-pen.

                  These Redmi phones are just only Chinese crap with too low cost.
                  I bought Redmi 3s prime and after 5 months the charger stopped working and now the speaker volume gone.
                  Same thing happened with my brother's Redmi note 4 and so the conclusion is all these Chinese companies are just crap and they're dumping these wastes all over the world at very low cost.
                  Never trust such bullshit companies.

                    In indonesia,the price that phone is Rp.999.000 and i thing it is very worth it. In my opinion, for the specifications it brings is an unreasonable price. Usually, for smart phones with specs like 5a, the price is above one million

                              According to reviews, Indonesian version is actually plastic build (with metal brush / coating) instead of aluminum. That's how they made it to sell under Rp1m. This phone is clearly targeted to gain market in very low end segment where many local players currently conquer.
