Personally came from some much more powerful (on paper) phones, yet am pleasantly surprised by how it's holding up

I just got my Redmi 9a last week... it's pretty nice though.the camera and OTG functions well,but my disappointment about it was the fact that it freezes frequently,the speaker isnt loud enough and the resolution is a bit poor in daylight..
I also downloaded the mi remote but it says my phone can't has no IT blaster function...But the phone specs reads it's an IR blaster enabled..

plus the g25 is being overshadowed by the g35 due to slightly better performance at the same price, just like how the g80/85 overshadows the g70 and p65.

Got 9A for my wife today it's good according to price but the chipset Helio , G25 is v slow even more slow than Helio P22 which is much older, here mediatek is going backwards instead of going forward a little disappointed

Hey guys I have read alot of reviews about the redmi 9a but I am still not clear
Let me break this
I have a choice (between samsung a02 or redmi 9a)I have to pick one
So I was contemplating which one I should go for
I read some good things and bad things about the redmi and the Samsung(a lot of bad review)
I really like the redmi
I just surf,whatsap,minimal Facebook and Instagram
One online game(mobile legends) and reading
Can the phone carry out those tasks
Or should I go with the Samsung a02

Worst phone ever screen stuck between app the touch dosent work sometimes all this happen after the software update most of the option ane not there like hotspot block people don't buy this phone a huge scam

Found opening the back cover so difficult. Removing the battery to insert SIM card is almost impossible when the phone is new. You struggle to open the cover and find the battery glued to the phone such that only a technician can remove it. I did not find it user- friendly.

Awful phone. Using it for 1 year now. I liked the 7A very much and thought 9A would be as good. But NO.
Freezes a lot.
Many times could not open Chrome. The screen turns black and can't do anything until it unfreezes.
Takes about 15 seconds since the phone starts to ring to show any buttons to accept the call.
Camera is also a bit worse than 7A.
Some say "What did you expect for that price?" Well, I expected not worse than 7A. 7A was cheaper and had no such issues.

Redmi 9a is include in the first to get miui13 update that will release in June 25. But still can't get even 12.5 update for now. Any one know how about that? plz tell me.
