A completely useless smartphone. I've been using this device for two years and it's an calvary. Apps randomly freeze and the screen becomes unresponsive out of the blue. When this happens I am forced to lock and unlock it to get it working again, it's just ridiculous. Please don't waste your money, a stab in the stomach hurts less than spending a single second using this torture device.

zoobie, 14 Aug 2023this is one of the worst phones ever, it makes you wanna th... moreI don't know about you people you buy a low end and you keep complaining..its just a basic phone use it wisely..remove all apps just leave only the important ones.always tranfer your photos in ur laptop or a cloud storage keep your storage free as possible so that it will run faster and quicker becos some part of your storage use as virtual memory as extension of your RAM if it is full your phone will become slower slower as you keep filling it up.install only lite version..like facebook lite.don't install tweeter,don't install instagram,viber and whatspp.all those app eats up your system resources(likeRAM) remember its only 2gig of RAM and only 32gig of storage(ROM)

this is one of the worst phones ever, it makes you wanna throw it off a cliff no joke, the amount of lag and freezes is CRAZY and when i say CRAZY I MEAN IT, sometimes it literally lags crazily, like it starts going to random apps and doing random shit, and you can't even play games like, STOP THE PRODUCTION OF THIS SHITTY PHONE. im begging 🙏🏾🙏🏾

The only thing this phone is good at is extreme lagging. It takes 3 min everytime to open youtube

What the hell is this phone? I often can't open basic apps like "snapchat" , "tiktok" or "Google" and it's randomly freezing. It mostly takes 3 minutes or even more to do basic things. I even tried factory resetting and it didn't work.Please, whoever who is planning to buy this 💩 phone, please don't do it. Waste of money.

I dont know were to even begin because as we speak its just showin me a black screen i cant unlock it as its not even read anything coz it froze in that state . i wasted my money and energy on this forsaken phone .

Don't torture yourself by buying this phone.
I wish I never had any contact and an understanding of phones when i got this.
The amount of torture this device has given me has been painfull.
I would throw this phone off of a cliff, mountain or a bridge if I were rich.

Need a cheap phone for a while?
Don't buy this phone, die before you buy this thing.
It freezes at any point.
Try switching between apps, it freezes, ended taking a MINUTE!
Can't even keep Uber app open. Absolute waste of my money.
I'm throwing it off a bridge, soon as I get replace!
Don't even want to sell it, that's passing on bad luck to someone else

The fact that this is even deemed a phone is absurd. It is so slow and it takes too long charge. Not only is this phone slow, but it can't even do everyday tasks. When I play PUBG on this stupid phone, it lags like I'm playing on a Nokia. I have another phone which is the Galaxy A40 and it's a really good phone for a cheap price, but I can't use it. I actually plan on moving the battery from my Redmi 9A to the Galaxy A40. Please do not buy the 9A. It's torture.
