I am using this phone almost from 3 month , in 2 month there is no any issue or problem oberserved but from one month during uses touch is stopped any time untill i press power button 2 times mostly during chatting and uses applications like fb or tiktok etc. My phone is almost every time connected with internet and software full updated .... after all i am facing this problem......

I also play pubg on it it's good running on it...I noticed no issues in camera I record 5 Min video on it..

Is it only mine. My redmi9c phone i bought it a week ago, everything was fine actually till one time i felt like im wanna record something. Like my kid playing. Short video was ok. But when i record video over 2 minutes long the video was broken and my camera function stop working. Everyone can try t too i wanna know too is it only my device having this problem or everyone too. Everything was satisfying but this one, quite important too for me personally. Camera doesn't work properly.

No notification light in redmi 9c and u can't receive call with finger print with redmi 9c there is no second space am regreting of buying this redmi

If you're not happy with it then how about buying the Redmi 9. Honestly, you can't find a better phone for the price of the Redmi 9c that has a better screen.

Only use dark mode at night if you have to. Otherwise leave alone.

I just bought redmi 9c and I am not falling in love with its camera at all. Too full for my liking. Could it be I don't know how to set it. The default camera is not satisfactory. Can anyone help?

I am seeing conflicting information on the internet regarding whether this phone has a notification light that blinks when you have new messages etc. Some sights say it does, some say it dont.

The more I use this Redmi 9C the more it impresses me. Can't beat it for value for money. It punches way above it's weight and can show more expensive phones a thing or two. Great product indeed.
