I've been using it for a little over a year. No issue in general. However, I have exchanged it with my wife's Samsung A03s (a huge downgrade) as I have to use dual SIM, and Redmi 9T I've been using caused a lot of challenges. My phone was appearing off when people called me, although it was on and not being used.

Then 18 months later, this thing is still alive. It survived all SU and GPSU that requires reboot and also still rebootable.
I'm one of the few lucky plebs out here.

good thing i didnt buy this or regular poco m3.. or else i will suffer with these issue what everyone complain.

My redmi 9t has wifi range problem
Ex. If i go far from my router (above 9-10ft) its start dropping the signal but if i use another phone (samsung) it doesn't show any wifi problem and its work flawlessly without dropping any wifi signal bar 📶

So after a nightmarish start wid this fone when it completely died during reboot, continuous WiFi problems and sending it to the service center for repair and coming back. The fone is in top condition now. Battery is the stand point. Cameras r pretty bad. Even the back camera gives too much noisy images. Front cam is absolute shit. The launcher was pretty bland so I had to switch to another one. Rest assured the fone is good for the long run for me

After using MIUI on this phone for a year and a half, I've switched to a custom ROM (pixel experience). It's really smooth and I'm android 12 now so. I'll probably sell my phone with this ROM too.

used for almost one year. so far good except the nightmare deadboot. always afraid when need to restart phone. already face two update. for my solution, when stuck at MIUI logo, i wait 10 minutes more, if nothing happen, i try to forced restart by click power button until it vibrate. usually 2, or 3 times doing that will fix the problem. although so far, my solution still work, i will avoid restart the phone. maybe this will be my last xiaomi phone.

when i bought my REDMI 9T then something happen and i found out that there is an issue of the unit it was dead boot i just used it for few months and service center cant do anything its my 5th redmi mobile and just now i encounter this kind of issue hoping that xiaomi could replace it co'z service center cant do anything i was very disappointed

DoubleU, 03 Jul 2022Is the miui v12.5.11.0.rjqmixm update safe?I've been using it - the global, stable ROM - on my phone for at least a few weeks, maybe even as long as a month.
It's been fine, though the MIUI version seemed laggy. I've rather put it down to a few apps, especially Google Keep, that have improved after their own more recent updates.
You should be okay updating to it, but as always, there are no guarantees.
Just make sure you have enough battery charge (though the entire process isn't long) and you don't interfere with the process - then it should work out.
