My sister bought it, it's more than a year she has it. And it is a good smartphone. Haven't had any problems so far. All goes well. The screen is sharp and comfortable to look at, the body also feels solid, high quality, and feels premium. In the hand it doesn't feel like a middle-class phone but feels like a premium class. In my opinion in this price range it is one of the best.

Glen, 30 Apr 202216 months later, This Redmi 9T in my hand is still alive... moreIt's a known issue of phones with the Snapdragon 662. It isn't exclusive to the Redmi 9T but these people think all Xiaomi phones have that problem when it doesn't.

This Redmi 9T in my hand is still alive, also survived all SU and GPSU that requires reboot, and also still rebootable.
Reading comments here, in XDA, and in some other sites regarding this phone and thinking, why the heck is my phone not affected by this deadboot/bootloop disease?

Either get a more expensive phone or do not complain. This was so good it sold out QUICK and I wish I kept mine.

I've been using this phone for a past half a year now. Got it from work, where multimedia, camera, speed are very essential and yet this phone is waste. I got minimal apps and it still lags as hell. Camera speed is so slow that I have lost countless of shots just while waiting for camera to turn on (and don't get me started about focus). It doesn't support HD or higher resolution video. By using Facebook or any other app phone freezes so often even I clear all cache and reboot phone daily. I got Xiaomi Note 8, which is crap as well but at least I runs better and screen is better to watch. All in all, I wouldn't recomend this one or any other Xiaomi even they are cheap with huge battery. If you need phone for work, speed, camera and reliability, Xiaomi is just not it. Get something else and decent.

Updated redmi 9t 2 days ago then did robot now then it got turned off then not even open. do you have any solution?

still miui 12.0.16 global . when check phone settings miui update section just said no updaits available.
what's the problem ?

It's been more than a year since I used my Redmi 9T. At first, it can play 20 hours in-game (grinding the game). I didn't experient the deadboot. The screen is so smooth to touch. The battery is good, it has a lifelong span. I can multi-task or fast switch apps (in my work). I wish that I bought the Redmi 9T 6/128.

OKAY, so I bought this phone over a year ago. I suggest that you dont buy this if you dont want to suffer DEADBOT. The phone would constantly turn off on you while playing games, watching videos, or basically doing stuff a simple user would do. I DONT RECOMMEND IT IF YOU DONT HAVE THE LUXURY OF CHANGING YOUR PHONE EVERY YEAR. :)

I've been hearing alot of people complaining about deadboot really some say it's fake some say it's because of how the user uses it. All I can say is if you took the risk and bought this phone on 2021 and it's still functioning Normally today hopefully your happy with it. For me tough I'm very glad that this day on it's still living I think it's worth the risk but depends on u. The gaming performance is Very Good not great but good. Battery life is Good Enough as we'll. If your a vlogger I don't recommend you this phone although it's very good at taking pics in daytime but in the night a big NO just use Gcam. Video good enough Altough I hoped that it would be atleast 1080p 60. It would be better but on this day on still 1080p 30. Playback in YouTube is only 1080p60 not great since I watch alot of YouTube and Netflix but is good enough too

Ive got this on June 2021, Surprisingly I never had any issue with this phone. Maybe the only issue I can give is the Screencapture thing is not capturing the scroll one, and yeah thats the only one, overall It is a good budget one.
