When the battery is low and forget to charge.. its shows charging but when i turn on the device its all black and i cant open.. but i try to charge my phone in 5 hours . Then its okay now ... Can i change this device because it has issue like m3?

i buy this phone almost a year, and this phone now is dead.. when i check the problem is the ic chip is dirty and need to clean up..after that phone can use like usual..

I use EU rom MIUI 13 weekly beta and still got this stupid deadboot problem, Never buy this phone if you don't like wasting your time going in service center

Acero, 20 Mar 2022You have just encountered the deadboot issue, this issue on... moreThis helped. Let the battery drain, on its own I found leaving it dead for a few days then charge it. it should respond. such an inconvenience if you do not have a backup phone.
Really hope Xiaomi fix this in an update

Just updated my 9T to MIUI 12.5.9 which includes the security patch to 1st March.
The phone's therefore "survived" the 2nd update, and approaching 6 months that I've had the phone - holding up well so far and after a cursory look around, everything seems to be working and in place the way it was, before updating.

Sillie, 30 Mar 2022I've had the phone since 2021 August phone works like ... moreHad mine since January 2021. Zero issues, still alive, still rebootable. 6+2/128 variant and MIUI 12.5.8. With many essential apps running in the background, I still have 4+ GB RAM available.
As a part time photographer, picture quality from the stock camera app are mediocre. At least to me. But with GCam, the photo quality is boosted. Try GCam if you haven't.

I've had the phone since 2021 August phone works like a charm miui hogs the memory but there workarounds I love it and the camera is pretty dope

I guess Redmi 9T had an issue that's why it's no longer in stock, at least in Kenya in most shops i have visited. Mine died after barely 4 months of usage. Took it to a service center. I guess they even don't have the spare parts any more so mine was replaced with a Redmi 10. The good thing is it was at no cost but I had to wait for 4 weeks. So if you have patience, you can visit a service center near you so long as you haven't voided the warranty. You might just get a new phone. I saw a bunch of guys received their replacements too. I just hope the Redmi 10 doesn't have the deadboot issues. But I'm now scared of Xiaomi phones.

After I updated to latest MIU ver. the range of Wifi suddenly can't reach the house next door which used to be good. I tested other device and compare and there's no problem at all. Hope they fix it in next update.

Med, 18 Mar 2022I have the same problemThe radio will work if you put the phone on the silent mode ( the bell under the volume bar ) .
But this phone has other problems. I personally didn't experience the dead boot problem, but the WiFi is disconnecting from time to time, the range is poor. If you put the radio on speaker it's noisy and you can barely hear anything.
Other than that, it's all good.
I had a Infinix hot 8 before, it had zero problems, and I'm seriously considering to buy a new Infinix phone.

Disappointed with the redmi 9t in Kenya. It's been barely 6 months of usage. After the update the phone just died, the customer support and warranty is a gimmick. You have to pay for them to "try and fix it at your own risk and cost" I would strongly recommend to stay away from the redmi 9t. I am confident that my journey with Xiaomi is truly dead

Trash it says auto connect to a wifi but its not connecting me wtf is that??? Ive even experience a deadboot which my got shutdown or reboot its not opening i dont recommend you guys buy this junk theres a lot of phones that you can buy

I just can't unlock the bootloader via Mi Unlocker, it shows battery status like its charging turned off and tries to reboot, than back into battery status... I can reboot manually and use the phone however... Such a chinese torture
