just updated my redmi 9t from miui 12.0 to 12.5.8 and updated to android 11. I dont have any problem updating it or maybe I am just one of those lucky redmi 9t users that dont have problem updating. cheers!

My refunds? My warranty has expired, and I've never had any troubles or issues with my Redmi 9T, so I'm not sure myself.
But according to some of my fellow Redmi 9T users, it all depends on discretion of the Authorized Service Center. Some take a few week, some few days. If the SC deems you're worthy of full refund because the phone is unrepairable, you'll get your full refund, or luckily, a new replacement(provide that your device is still under warranty). There are many SC in my region, and each has their own terms and conditions regarding warranty claims.

They will direct you to service center. But I assure you 100% They will return your money fully to you cos it is covered with warranty.

Redmi 9T bought August of last year. This morning it was lagging so I did a reboot. I've been charging it since 930am. Did all ts steps. even connecting it to my pc. still dead :( please help meeee :(

Some of my fellow Redmi 9T users in my region are so lucky to have their problematic phone replaced with brand new Redmi 10 instead of getting full money refund.
While some getting full money refunds, if it were me, I'd very much prefer and appreciate the Redmi 10 😆. But unfortunately, (or fortunately?) I was lucky enough to pick a Redmi 9T that has zero issues. Lucky pleb.
Congrats to those who have their problematic R9T replaced with R10!

If you are using Redmi 9t try to OFF it once in 3 days if device is still covered with warranty of 1 year. Once you OFF 9t most will not ON again and they can't be repaired at their service center. Good news is they will refund your money fully to you. It happen to me. You will return everything to them including charger and carton.

During call, Voice is coming from the upper loudspeaker instead of speaker over the front camera.

Battery, network signal 2G/3G/4G was awesome but most disappointing is poor WiFi reception and very low Bluetooth volumes which make reasons for dislike, otherwise it should have everything user need.

The phone has a solid specs for it's price tho for photography, the phone is just terrible even though it has 4 cameras. Redmi note 7 was way better with photography and videography even tho they're close in specs. I wish i didn't switch
