Fool, 28 Nov 2021My phone is also snapdragon 665. And it shows phone was bui... moreAs someone pointed out, it's an issue with CpuZ. The device has a 662 and not a 665..Check out with another software like cpux and it will correctly show as a 662..As for the manufacture date, am hoping the newly manufactured ones have the deadboot fixed. Else why would they still be offering updates for the device if they know it breaks. Just my 2 cents

after succes update, all will just be fined...but in 1 weeks,i'll sure you will got an error message when trying to open up some apps...it will say error and keep stopping..and when when you restart the phone,it will become deadboot...i think its from miui update that affect 9t motherboards to become malfunction...✌️ #justmythough

How did you make the update?

I bought my Redmi 9T last June 2021...I have no problems whatsoever at first...but just this October, I forgot to charge my phone and it went off...after plunging to a charger, I noticed theres no indication on the screen that it is charging...I checked my outlet and it's working properly...I'm confused after that...I left it charging for like an hour or 2 and I tried turning it on again...it's worked fine...then this November, the worst mistake I made was restarting my phone...I tried the same trick I did a few weeks ago but it didn't work this time...my phone won't power on...I still have to take it to the seller's shop and have it checked and claim the warranty.

It will be a great lost if the phone deadboot after warranty expires, and no refund or exchange for another model of Xiaomi phone.

I successfully updated my Redmi 9T to the MIUI 12.5.3 Global. It's the Enhanced version of MIUI 12.5. I didn't have any problem with updating. I don't know what's with the deadboot issue.

So, here's a weird one... I just got my new Redmi 9T (128GB storage, 4GB RAM), and CPU-Z reports that the processor is a Snapdragon 665, not a 662 as stated here on GSMArena. This makes me wonder, is this an issue with CPU-Z, or have Xiaomi been doing sneaky internal hardware updates? Hmmm...

I switched off my phone in the middle of the night of 13 Nov., and wanted to turn it on the following day, it never came on. Took it to the Care Centre, spent about 10 days with them, they couldn’t fix it, I was told to bring the pack and the accessories for refund, which I have done. Now I am expecting the refund
All Redmi 9T have a date with deadboot, know this and have peace

Even after all the reviews about this phone and deadboot issues, I still want ahead and bought it, upgraded to latest firmware which is 12.0.17.0 and to my surprise, no issues at all..I upgraded from a 9A and I dont regret one bit. I do not really understand why so many people are having issues. Even the dealer who sold me this phone hasn't had anyone complain of any issues with it. so I guess it's "your mileage may vary"

Happened to me for about more than a month now. I am still battling for refund with their Service Center in Nigeria with forward and backward movements and refund yet. Used the phone for five months only.

I was answering a call the phone hanged. I tried to reboot it . The phone could not on/start again. I was not even aware of this almost generally known dead booth issue with the Redmi 9T phone till I searched online for solution.
