At first they replied to me asking for Router name, model no. , Logs and screen recording of the issue that was arising on my Redmi 9T. But when I sent them the proof with logs and screen recording of the issue they stopped replying back.

I updated to the latest MIUI version 12.0.10.0 it got worse. Wifi always kinds of get disconnected after every 15-20 minutes even it shows it's connected to the WiFi but nothing works. I advice y'all to not update to 12.0.10.0 version.

The phone has extreme WiFi problems. My net is working perfectly fine but the phone is somehow receiving less signals. I have updated it to the latest firmware and still it has these issues. Please don't buy the phone

I'm planning to buy this one, should I buy it? is it worth it? Most of the review of this phone is about the "not turning on after I updated it" and I'm scared to buy this and other Xiaomi phones but I'm looking of the bright side of this phone, just asking if it's worth it.

bought the redmi 9t and found the OS (miui 12) incredibly invasive. i'm not a person that's particularly concerned about privacy but that was too much. couldn't even change the lockscreen from my own gallery without signing up to their theme app and agreeing to terms and services. also there are ads everywhere it's a full time job finding them to turn them all off. i returned the phone as soon as i could.
if you get past the miui and it doesn't bother you i'm sure you'll be happy with this phone
