The phone can be prone to heating. Here are some easy steps to follow to avoid heating.
1. Do not play games when the phone is charging. Let the phone finish charging before playing games (the phone charges quickly)
2. When playing games, remove your case.

Had this phone for 9 months now and have to say that this is an absolute bargain for what it's worth, I've always had proper flagships, s6, s7, s8+ and thought I'd try something difference, I honestly don't care that it doesn't have 90hz screen or whatever, nothing I do on the phone requires me to have that feature. The only thing I did wish it had was ois but Considering I picked the 256gb model up for 390 pounds brand new back then Its not a deal breaker. This is still a great choice even now.
It's still in line for 1 more major android update and miui 12 looks very interesting.

User, 21 May 2020Is it needed to charge for 6 hours in first battery charging....?It is not 6 hours it's 8 hours minimum even the phone says that 100% charge complete.Because the battery get dry due to the packaging and stocking.

This is the best value phone on the market for the last year. Hands down. Anyone saying otherwise is deluded. You can't name a single phone at this price point that has comparative specs.

Its From the hardware not software.. k20 pro IPS panel is only 60hz, it will never run 90hz through software update. Even samsung admit they can unlock the 90- 120hz in s10 through updates but that doesn’t mean s10 can able to run 90hz or 120hz. Because s10 snapdragon or exynos is OLED panel is only at maximum of 60hz
