Battery stuck at a random percent? Just apply some pressure on the area right under the camera and then reboot it...

On my Redmi k50i, during whatsapp video call if I switch to rear camera, the person I am speaking to is not able to see anything. He sees a black screen. Anybody facing this issue? I recently installed HyperOS update in my phone.
