camera looks ugly on white and violet versions. should have made the whole notch thing black like on the lambo versions.

Anonymous, 25 Jul 2024isn't it the same as LYT-700C and LYT-701?I have been made aware that yes, IMX906 is the same as IMX890, LYT-700, LYT-700C, and more recently LYT-701.

I also bought my 14 Pro from shenzhen cuz it isn't available globally, like K70 Ultra. Also, why would I lie about it? I'm genuinely impressed with the phone's performance that I had to make a comment about it. But I guess this is the internet and that words from a complete stranger like me can't be easily trusted, but idc. Seeing is believing after all

Ren, 29 Jul 2024Any k70 ultra user here? Does this phone have heating issue... moreAlthough I don't have the phone, I used my friend's K70 Ultra he bought for less than $400. Even though my Xiaomi 14 Pro's Snapdragon is pretty snappy, it pales little in comparison to the K70 Ultra. It beats my 14 Pro in energy consumption, gaming performance, and even in temperature. I played pretty demanding games currently available in Android like HOK, PUBG, Genshin, Star Rail, Wuthering Waves, and ZZZ, and the K70 Ultra is really smooth to play with, together with the new C8+ display, which is much more pleasing to the eyes than the C8 display on the 14 Pro. Also, the battery consumption is pretty solid when gaming on the K70 Ultra, I played for 4 hours with many games at max graphics and the battery is somewhere at 36% while my 14 Pro barely survives at 15%. The temperature difference is really noticeable when playing, the K70 Ultra is only at 43C while my 14 Pro is at 47C. Plus, there is also interpolation for supported games so you can play at 120 fps like Genshin, although not native. Xiaomi really did a great job optimizing the 9300+ chipset, I can't believe a $400 phone bests my $780 phone at gaming. Obviously I'd still prefer my 14 Pro becuz of the cams but it'll be interesting when the 14T Pro arrives, especially the pricing

Anonymous, 25 Jul 2024isn't it the same as LYT-700C and LYT-701?No one knows, looking at the spec they all have the same size and pixel size it could be the same thing, IMX906 is listed as "CMOS BSI 2" and the rest just CMOS though. Could be the same sensor but with slight customization. This is why I hate Sony sensor, they don't have spec sheet available to public unlike Samsung or OmniVision.
