Steam Deck can literally emulate every single system that can be emulated on Android, but much better because of its x64 architecture and since you love drivers so much, there's that, that makes your point moot.
Secondly, 8 Gen 3 phones are much more expensive than a steam deck. The cheapest Redmi K70 Pro cost 3299 RMB or $465 while cheapest Steam Deck is $399.
Thirdly, most people emulating on Android don't emulate Windows, even Switch is few in between. Most of them emulate sixth gen or lower systems, your use case is niche inside niche. But you argued everyone emulate Windows, which is false, that means your argument only applicable to at most 5% emulator user, but you generalize anyway.
Almost forgot, the most popular emulator on Android is PPSSPP, which every MediaTek runs just fine. Not everyone emulate Wim blows on Android, kid, get over it already.
I never argued MediaTek is superior to Snapdragon in emulation anyway, I only say "it's fine". But you just get defensive all of sudden.

      And if you want to talk extreme graphical mods like ENB then your puny little phone can't do jack $#!+ because even the strongest phone chip currently, your beloved 8 Gen 3 is only on par with GTX 1050 Ti or so, not even counting emulation tax.
      Oh yeah, XBox have modding support so no, not PC exclusive.

                Besides if you're so good you wouldn't even try to "emulate" PC with... I bet WinLator. You'd use Termux, Box86/64, and Wine/Proton that way you don't have emulation tax.
                I'm not even saying MediaTek or Snapdragon is superior to one another but this guy just getting mad and defensive all of sudden lolmao.

                  Now this is just pure BS, console games can do mods to. That's exactly the reason people using emulator, because they won't have to worry having their console getting bricked installing mods. Just look up "Yuzu mods how-to" or something lmao, wouldn't take more than 5 seconds.

                                    What's so ultra about the K70 Ultra? Why was it called ultra when it can't even best the K70 Pro? Because it was intended not to overwhelm the Pro. The "Ultra" name of the K70 Ultra was based on the regular K70, not the whole K70 series. It makes more sense to just name it Redmi K70 Plus. Redmi K70 Extreme Edition is sounds more fitting than "Ultra", however, I think the true translated name of Redmi K70 Ultra is Redmi K70 Extra, even though I can't speak nor understand Chinese. Redmi K70 Extra sounds good enough to clear misunderstandings about the K series

                                      Why tf is everyone arguing about the Dimensity 8300 ? This phone has 9300. And no, dimensity are not junk, i own Xiaomi 12 Pro with Dimensity 9000+ and i have friends with Samsung S22 ultras. Guess what, my battery life is better and there is absolutely no difference in the smoothness of the phone UI.
