You didn't have to repeat it you know... + The 7+ gen 3 is definitely not as good as the 8 gen 2. Sure like you said the difference is pretty small but the fact is, the 8 gen 2's GPU power and CPU clock speeds do allow it to be more powerful...

                  K70sUltimate , 21 Jul 2024Lmao 9300+ data are the same as 9300Nah they aren't the same, the 9300+ has a higher clock speed for it's performance core (3.4 GHz and yeah i know the phone's specs say 3.25, probably a issue on GSMA's end unless xiaomi is using a downclocked version.) whilst the 9300's performance core is clocked at 3.25, but the biggest difference i believe is that the 9300+ has a better APU. That's it... Not as much of a big difference between something like the sd 8 gen 1 and the plus counterpart but there's differences nonetheless.

                    It's weird to think that the ultra version are downgraded in terms of camera. No telephoto lens as opposed to the pro version.

Like even if you think about it most productivity programs like office and photoshop are desktop first, there is really no reason to prioritise buying phone or deck. I'd wager cheap phone + cheap PC is better than just one expensive phone.
                              With PC you can stream it to your phone with Moonlight or Sunshine, that way portability issue is solved, that's what I did anyway. Heck, I can even emulate android with my PC hardware and stream it to my android phone.
