It boggles my mind, why people keep comparing these 2 devices when one is clearly superior to the other. Go for the Realme 8 Pro only if fast charging is a priority or RN10Pro is too big for you.

Mine is 12.5.1.0 RKFMIXM
What I have addressed are true problems.
During I had this phone on MIUI 12.0.10. I was too excited, appreciated this phone very much. I can feel how smooth the operation. Just a 'feather-touch' on the screen, the phone responded very good.
The things was very obvious the battery life. A strong battery life and consistence of discharging, reasonable phone activities would draw logical battery capacity.
But NOW.. after forced updates by them 12.5.1.0, my RN10Pro is a horrible phone. Sluggish, screen no more smooth as before, lagged scrolling, battery capacity dropped illogically, just sitting on standby mode at night with no activities, the phone ate 7-9% battery power.. which is so BAD.. meaning something wrong happen in this MIUI.
During charging, the backside obviously hot, even with thick phone cover.. which so different when it was running by MIUI 12.0.10.
The wifi connectivity also will drop occasionally. Unknown reason. The detection of wifi signals also very poor compared to previous version, just tap it and all signals appears.
I don't know what actually this people at Xiaomi is doing. What are they so proud of releasing this junk update 12.5.

Just had this RN10P few days ago.what i noticed was during voice call or video call on messenger the microphone has a bit bad quality.i need to shout for me to hear fr another line.i switched to my samsung fone and i put on d same place where i put my RN10P suprisingly I dnt need to shout when talking via video/voice call and my voice heard clearly on the other line.Also i noticed that the battery is draining fast.

I bought this Phone RN10P a week ago. I experienced overheating/battery drain, even you just scrolling to the fb/Ig and after MIUI 12.5.1 global update my phone stop working. I can't even open it. I'm so frustrated and I took it to the service center to be checked...
After fixing my phone the battery drain faster like 1% per min... like WTF they claiming the battery 5020h it feels that they just scam. Totally waste my time and money!!!!!!
