I have got redmi note 10 pro but I'm not satisfied with this phone please don't buy this phone

The loudspeaker keeps turning itself off midway through a call. As such, it's unusable as a phone unless you're a hold-up-to-the-ear type. I've been on the phone after trying and trying to get help and all Xiaomi said was change the SIM card. I've done that and the loudspeaker still cuts out during conversations. Sometimes you can force it to work again by moving the phone to your ear, and then the loudspeaker comes on and you're deafened. Other YT videos suggest changing the SIM, draining the battery, putting the original SIM back in and fully charging, yet still, the problem persists.
Therefore, if you want a mobile phone to use as a phone, you'll have to go somewhere else. This is an atrocious buggy phone and service from Xiaomi. And a persistent one which if you search for a solution on the web, you can see has been a long term problem with their software ranging from previous versions and models.
Reviewing a phone from a spec sheet is one thing, living with a phone that you only hear parts of a conversation with is another. Reports suggest it's something to do with the proximity sensor, but all the information I can find covers previous versions of the customised software which is also the worst I've ever used. A by country miles. After previously using Nokia, Samsung, Sony and Huawei software, Xiaomi really needs to get a grip. If they want to compete with the big boys and fill the gap caused by Hauwei losing market share over the US trade embargo Google ban, they'll need a phone you can make calls on.
All the reviews you read are by paid-to-write reviewers who don't actually live with the phone. Living with this one seriously raises your blood pressure. It's a shame because the hardware is the diametric opposite to the software. The phone feels great. The screen is great. The camera... easily the best I've ever used on a phone and can give SLRs a run for the money. Beats them in many cases. The night mode is superb. The macro lens is useable. The selfie is great. The resolution and colour reproduction are great. As is the screen.
However, trying to navigate the system software deflates you and robs you of hope. If you paid the best experts in the world to design software that was awful and non-intuitive, difficult to navigate and understand, this is it. It's called MIUI. Pooey would be more apt.

I am facing Heating issue while charging, using camera with 108 MP and sometimes while playing games. Does anyone else faced this issue? and should I go to their customer service?

But you're right, if you are going to try to brake your phone with 2 hands, you definitely shouldn't buy it.

My RN10Pro charging on 1:58h after update to MIUI 12.5.1 !!! This means 37min longer than 1:21h (GSMArena tested)

There are some cool Realme phones, like GT Neo, Q3 Pro 5g, Q3 Pro Carnival, etc, all in the same price range as Redmi Note 10 Pro. They all have better chipsets (5g) but plastic backs, 64MP main sensors, no depth cams, no SD card and 4500mAh batteries.
