If not do it first after logging out account & backing up files to sdcard. Also disable/dont use memory extend option.
Observe if it still happens or maybe you have scheduled it to shutdown/reboot every weekend in Battery Settings.

Been using it 6 months and still no issue. I don't get it why other users having a problem like dead cam can't boot cpu reball after miui 13 update, mine got update then no issue occur.

Word is the Redmi Note 10 Pro is so good that Xiaomi is going to re-relase it again, this time as the Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G :D

using the global verskon (8 / 128 GB, blue) with EU ROM and latest update.
MIUI 13.0.15 and Android 12.
Using the phone since Juli 2022 and am satisfied. Currently with 1 SIM and 1 SD Card installed; the SD mainly used for fotos / videos.
Question: Most of the time the phone works fine and reliable.
Occasionally about once in a week,
the phone will freeze up and then after a few seconds turn itself off.
So i assume some "watch dog" system notices the freeze and switches the phone off.
Is anyone else experiencing this or does anyone know what causes it?
i do assume it is a software failure and not a hardware problem, right?

After new update phone now is too good for me.
Video today much clear than before. Buy phone at official store not to fake seller.

- if you got the main camera as s5khm2_i_samsung or s5khm2_ii_samsung?
- if you got elliptic labs proximity or xiaomi proximity?
- gyro/accelerometer from tdk (icm4x6xx) or stmicro (lsm6dso)?
- bq2597x-charger or ln8000-charger?

Have had bad experience with Sandisk Ultra 128gb sdcards lately that failed on me 2x(corrupted) before getting a full refund from them officially then bought a Netac 128gb that I constantly use to record 4k vids, probably gonna buy a bigger sized Netac 512gb one soon after getting good experience within months of useage.
Just beware of fakes from dodgy 3rd party sellers, if its unbelievably cheap then its a fake.
If possible by from Manufacturer online store or well known legit store in your area.
