I was a fan of Xiaomi. Repeat! I WAS! I will never buy a Xiaomi device again. What's the point of buying a device full of features if the software is full of bugs and I'm facing a lot of problems with it. I own a Redmi Note 10 Pro since Aug '21 and problems seem to start from the begining of 2022. Firt off all the most annoying thing is this buggy MIUI that sometimes it consume 20% during the night standby. Almost 1000 mAh in 8 hours of standby! That's a lot! And it's shows me that a lot of energy is consumed by Other Apps. What the hell are Other Apps? Other problem with the phone is that it hangs and work with lag during the simple tasks like navigating. Some apps crash unexpectacly and sometime the phone it start to restart. If I play a simple game it heats more than it shoud and I'm playing very rare on it and not PUGB or others big games and sometimes screen go blurry and it's flickering. A had a few devices from Xiaomi like Redmi 3S Prime, Redmi Note 4 SD, MI A2, Redmi 9 and all had some important problems to deal with it. For me it's the end of Xiaomi era! Goodbye!

using phone since a month, good thing is the size of screen & display, and 3.5mm jack, and quite strong built quality,
cons
Front camera having lags while using, hanging cam while video calls so waiting for MIUI 14
No option to hilde albums as in XOS infinix, however you can lock the apps only

Anonymous, 27 Jan 2023Is this smarphone still worth it in 2023 for $270 USD?Given that I bought it in 2021 for £150 (Black Friday) and there is limited update support, 270USD seems a little overpriced.

I read most of the comments and I signed in just because want to put mine as well. I own these phone Redmi NOTE 10 PRO version. Already now for eight (8) months and beside fair and common use I play games and one of them is Call of duty 20+ GB and ask for high performance and never bugged or crash any of games . Also have 6 account's, doing my Google business through these phone I am Samsung user for years but honestly these phone specially in these price range offer more than any other. Period ... I don't know gadgets are different sometimes and I believe some people's have curtain problems but I am more than satisfied. Actually I usually change phones every 6-10 months but I don't consider changing so far. Excellent phone 300€ can buy . That is how much I payed for it . Similar Samsung was at the same time 550-700€ so its incomparable.

It's a trustable, stable and cool phone. The advantages are the snapdragon 732G that if yes it's heating,it's not burning and never crashes, the camera has many modes to play with and the 108MP beast on back says it all, the front camera is good.I still think they could push that main camera to better qualities. The MIUI si easy and light, you can familiarise with it fast, even if you come to he Xiaomi family for the first time. Also the screen is full HD 120 hz.The battery is ok,having its own ultra saving mode.I don't think that the ultra fast charging is healthy for the battery's life.So if you can,ues only the cable that they give you.The phone protection shows that Xiaomi cares about its consumers, giving you resistent glass on the front and back and an extra screen protection that might get annoying. The case that they give you is ok.It has stereo sound, jack input and fingerprint power button.Overall, considerung it's price,is a perfect phone for the lower budgets

The phone is very bad. After a few months after purchase, the bugging starts, the phone turns off. I send it to the service. Their service is MESC. Belgrade. Serbia. They replaced the motherboard. After that, the bugging was solved, but new problems have appeared. After talking for more than 3 minutes, people who call me hear static buzzing. We tried with different people calling me. The same. I go to the deaf room as well. Problem continues. Also, it transfered only image when you try mirrorlink to TV, without sound. Returned to service. They reject me. It says the device is working. They send it again from the store. They emphasize that the interlocutors hear the buzzing not me. I record the calls with the disputed buzzing on usb as proof. They reject me again. At the same time, every sending to the service means that you will not have a phone for at least 2 weeks. We get angry. We come to MESC in person. They take it in for service again. We underlined twice that other people who talk with me hear the buzzing and that we demand that the usb be listened to as well. The next day we received a confirmation for the replacement. They admitted that the phone is impossible to repair. Almost 4 months of fighting for justice. And now you buy xiaomi, great new hope of phone technology. Neither oppo nor hopo, pico, poco or whatever its called ever see me again, thank you very much and MESC in Belgrade has a "care for you" logo. Thank you. Take care of someone else like that. It doesn't have to be about me anymore. Thanks.
