Actually good budget phone. I hate MIUI so I installed Arrow OS 12 and so far so good. Camera and display definitely good for it price. But the downside for this phone is heating management. Overheat? No, but like warmer than it should be.

Hello,can someone help me please?
I bought Xioami Redmi Note 10 Pro 8/256GB yesterday,and the battery is draining very fast, i player a game for about 1-2 hour and the rest i was scrolling in social media.And after 4 Hours my phone battery was at 35%.My previous phone Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro,the battery didn't drained so fast,If i stayed 2 Hours on social media and 2 in a game my battery would be at 60-70%.I saw someone on YouTube doing a battery drain test on Xiaomi Note 10 Pro.And he watched a YouTube video for 2 Hours and his battery got from 100% to 89%,and then playing Asphalt 9 for 3 hour and from 89% tot 61%.BTW, Im using 60HZ and Dark Mode.Does my phone have a problem? Should i get a new one dame model?

Very nice camera quality, it is also suitable for you if you only play games in a casual manner. But one major problem that I've been experiencing right now is the battery drain. "Android System" is taking 10-15%% of my overall battery usage and this issue began when I updated to MIUI 13 global version. I don't know if that is a bug or a hardware problem but I'm definitely waiting for a fix.

else the only fix will be to use mi flashtool to flash it back to stock.

Please Help, since I updated to Version 13.0.15, the November security patch
My phone keeps going off,
No matter what I'm doing, it just goes off and attempts to reboot and gets stuck in the android screen, and keeps repeating the same cycle until the battery is drained,
I have tried wiping the phone from factory mode, still the same issue.
Please help.

Logout accounts, remove locks, backup files to sdcard/usbdrive/cloud/etc. then Check for Software Update/OS Upgrade, if available Update/Upgrade. After Updating/Upgrading, do a factory wipe/reset either thru Settings>Factory Wipe or Recovery Mode.
Once booted disable or dont use Memory Extender then you can not login your accounts.

Hello can someone help? I just bought my phone redmi note 10 pro a few days ago and the float notification doesnt pop out on my phone even if I fix it to the settings. And also when the phone is off when their is a notification the screen doesnt light when i received new notifications even if I already fixed it on the settings. And last thing should I update my MIUI version? because the guy on the store that I bought my phone told me that its more better to not update it because most of the phones are heaving problems when they system update it.
I hope someone can help me thanks

Anonymous, 20 Dec 2022I am from PH and even with the global variant, people here ... moreIm from PH & we have 4 Note 10 Pro(Global China)(Mom, Sister, Cousin, Me) bought last year 2021 so like its already 1 year old+. We had no issues what so ever. Though issues do happen to others but much lesser than Indian made phones.
