I have seen too many posts of the same issues, not recognizing sim1&2 and sd card, front cam is dead and worst of all no Audio throughout the device (your phone is a brick that has a screen). Most of the bugs comes from the Global and Indian version of the ROM after updating to MIUI 13. I saw this post somewhere that says "If it works it works" and said that his RN10PRO still in 12.5.9 and is doing fine. I hope that in the future updates especially that we're going to have android 13&14 with this device its going to be 100% stable or at least no annoying bugs like those mentioned before. I mean come on a smartphone with no audio??

jayzap, 26 Oct 2022Mine was auto-rebooting while using it was the first issue,... moreI had the same issue that you are facing and worst of all after MIUI 13.0.8 it destroyed the Dolby feature and thus destroying the Audio. Better send it the service center to have it fixed. I sent mine luckily warranty was still okay, they replaced the motherboard and i just found out that my ROM is now the European version of MIUI.

Next pro... moreMine was auto-rebooting while using it was the first issue, once a day at least. then 2nd issue was the front camera, then I noticed the audio was not working anymore and then after that, it will not recognize your sim and memory card. lastly, the reboot happens more often as every time you try to open your phone it will just reboot. I'm not a tech person and the only thing I did was to factory reset the phone but it didn't fix any of the issues. I hope it will get fixed once I bring it to the service center. That was the plan, I'm still saving money because I bet it will cost a lot.

also i hardly believe any of that to be true, either you take REALLY poor care of your device, and have loaded it up with malware, or you got really unlucky or live in a region with poor quality control, or you are just a samsung employee trying to steer people away from quality products...

Me buy phone past year. No bugs and error same reported by too many user here. Maybe you buy fake phone. Check store selling before buy.

Piece of crap. I bought mine a year ago and I'm not a hardcore phone user nor a careless owner. But guess what? name all the defects that you can imagine. auto reboot, camera failure, and it crashed on its own I can't even use it for QRcode scan. Volumes do not work even with headphones that affect playing videos from applications such FB and tiktok. The heating temperature of the phone is unmanagable, for just 30 mins of playing you are going to burn your hands like hell. it can no longer detect my sim card and memory card. Technicians don't even want to try to check the phone. They advised me to bring it to the service center and the nearest one is a province away from my place. what a hassle!
guys stay away from this phone. I was expecting a decent phone and all I've got so far are stress and regrets!!

This phone had so many bugs. It's NOT recommended. My camera is dead and the speakers also. I regret trusting this xiaomi brand. Low quality devices. Sucks

Many reports of issues like dead camera, complete brick, is because of data migrating while updating (android 11 to 12) as it heats up too much in the process. So it is recommend to fresh reset, place it in the cool place (ac room) before update, then u will be fine. :)
