A phone released a year ago doesn't mean the batttery will degrade over time since factory shipped out while inside of a box.

... moreTF u talking about it is simple that many prefer rn10 pro cuz its better overall than 11pro. Fast charging degrades battery faster and 10 pro's snapdragon is much optimized and has larger battery so 10 pro has much better battery life than this. About lack of 4k it is obvious ur just salty cuz this phone's soc is inferior and compared to 10 pro has better image processing and can get much better quality if using gcam, hell even the base note 10 g95 has much better value for money than this. And about the OTA updates even 10 pro only had a year of software support left custom rom exist and qualcomm phones has bunch of those while mediatek phones (like this phone) rarely has, or even doesn't have any.
This phone as succesor to note 10 series, is supposed to be better overall, but a downgrade instead.

Why are people so much obsessed with Redmi Note 10 Pro????
The 11 Pro has faster charging, not to mention the 10 Pro is a older device, even if you buyed it sealed, you still have a big chunk of battery gone because its been degraded.
Not to mention the Snapdragon 732G on 10 Pro is more powerful, which means horrible battery life. Compared to 11 Pro
Also 4K kinda sucks. My aunt has iPhone 8 plus, which can film in 4K, but she has never in her life used 4K because it wasted too much storage. So.... same thing with Redmi Note 10 Pro. Even my friend which has this phone, always used 1080p and never 4K(because he's didn't know that option existed).
Newer devices have better updates, are more popular, and have better battery life compared to older ones.

I have this phone more than 6 months, nothing special except for the surround speakers, the camera is so horrible. I also have Note 10 Pro and there is a lot of differences between those two cameras the 10 Pro is so smooth when taking photos at night with 11 Pro you have the lenses on every damn picture when shooting night sky. Also I don't understand how can someone forget to add the flashlight option while video recording, so you have to stop recording completely then turn on the flashlight and start recording again another video.

Lack of OIS is fine for me.
Why I need to spend 1500 euros for a phone just for OIS cus I can buy a 80 euro gimbal, plus it works or any smartphone and just instal app if needed.

Galaxy... moreSo you only care for updates than phones overall specs/performance aslong as it has 1 more year update support? Come on! I'd even rather get Note 10S or the base Note 10 than this garbage phone.
And since Note 10 Pro has Qualcomm soc, it has huge custom rom support or even go for the custom Xiaomi EU ROM that will support it for much longer compared to MediaTek based phones that have none.
All I can say is this phone is a waste of resources or just an e-waste.

So i got the phone today and i am sad. Lag, a lot of lag. Apps are opening slow, youtube very very slow. Some times is stuck on white screen. Some times the apps crash.
I did factory reset, i update every single app, i tried turning on and off memory extension and sadly same performance. I will try to return it on monday. If not i am stuck with oddly slow Xiaomi Pro model ....
Any suggestions, guys ?

Galaxy j7 is been a absolute disaster when it launched.
Galaxy J series are kinda bad for their price.
And don't judge a chipset by it's name, judge it by it's performance!!
Newer phones get better updates, so the Note 11 Pro will get a extra 1 year of update support than Note 10 Pro.

Really impressed. The Value for money is simply incredible. The charger is lightening quick and the battery life is fantastic. The Camera looks really good and processor is fast. It's perfect for your casual phone user who doesn't want a gaming phone. The screen size is nice, weight feels good and looks slick. I've had phone's that cost up to 1k euro and there is not a hope that there is a 700 euro difference between this phone and them. If you want a smart phone that'll do everything you need and fast.
