I don't see why pay the same price for a much lower chipset and higher weight, use the phone finder, many other phones are better in all aspects for the same budget

Snapdragon 695 comparable to Snapdragon 765g so it's good I can run Genshin on high graphics 60fps with minor framedrops if you want stable set graphics to medium. Youtubers and Snapdragon are the one to blame why people thinks this device is garbage because Snapdragon naming is confusing why named the chipset 695 when it's better than 732g and same perf as 765g doesn't make any sense but ig because of downgrade ISP and Youtubers overreacted to no 4k video recording lol as if normal users will record in 4k. 🤦♂️ And the chipset is barely new, think about it what more if it will get more optimize..

had this phone for 3 weeks (moved from mi 9t since its ic display died on me, miss my davinci). the hate on this phone is really ridiculous. SD 695 is actually a good chip if you guys actually care to look it up and compare it with another. it's on 6 series because the ISP sucks but performance wise is great. if u r a casual, this phone performs well. been playing cod on it occasionally, lag free not much battery drain cools down really fast. (im a pc gamer so i dont know much about any newer games on phone)
if you didnt care abt 4k on a small screen with 1080 display and want any other features in this phone, this is a good option. I'd rather buy a dedicated cam if i really care abt 4k even tho i dont have the luxury of monitor / tv with 4k lol.
the video call on this phone when using whatsapp is kinda pale and smoothened out, almost like beautify filter is on (if someone actually had a solution to it, pls) , but i think it's on meta side since i tried with google duo and discord just to see the video clear as day.
camera performs really well when taking a pic and can be more if u use gcam (we need to update the camera manually, i found the update on apkmirror named xiaomi camera and install it, then boom, in pro mode for video there's an image stabilization option in the settings, now u can turn it on and off). this chipset is capped at 1080@60fps for recording actually (can check on qualcomm website), hope they give us an update to unlock it (or gcam unlock it first, sure there's a 60fps option but when u check the video it's actually just 30fps). the image stabilization is really bad so if you want to use this for vlog i wont recommend this (or u can use a gimbal / turn off the stabilization and stabilize later with app like google photos ) but i think with the camera update myb they will put better stabilization since this phone is rather new. u will still receive updates and developments for 2 years or so.
I'm using trnba5 iem as daily driver to listen to music and when i try to switch off the dolby atmos, it sounds like trash so dolby atmos actually play a role lol (im sceptic, thought it's just placebo/gimmick lmao)
I do agree that instead of putting 108mp, they could just do 48mp or 64mp with ois. it's better for the video. hope they consider giving us a better gyro-eis and this device would be perfect since as far as i know eis is on the software side cmiiw

Got this phone for 3 weeks. Not satisfied with the camera. has a feature like Slow motion but when i try to use it, the video is dark. but for normal video, the brightness if fine. it seems to be a bug

NinzPh, 27 Aug 2022Yes you can watch 4K videos on this phone.No you cant! It say unsupported format because Qualcomm Hardware locked both recording & playing to only 1080p thats why if you want a phone for playing or recording upto 4k vids avoid this phone!
