Using Redmi note 12 pro 5g for 1 and half month. After updating to Android 13 my screen brightness is going on and off every 2/3 seconds. I did full factory reset no solution. Tried screen sleep to max. Even tried on and off auto brightness option and sunlight mode and still no solution. What can I do now to get the brightness become still. I can't work if the phone brightness goes up or down every few seconds.
This phone got worst front camera and average back camera in this budget. Sometimes many apps get lagged which I didn't find in my previous Samsung A52.
I searched in Xiaomi forum and saw it's a known bug for Xiaomi Redmi even 5 years back models. I also found on the internet this problem is for the same model of mine for many users also.
I wonder if this is my first and last Xiaomi phone after 10 years with Samsung with no big bug. If I get no solution for this I swear no Xiaomi phone will be in my house ever and will get bad word of mouth of Xiaomi to everyone I suggest.

Some time ago a have Motorola g 5g plus with 6GB of RAM and now i have Xiaomi MI 10t pro with 8GB of RAM and its more fast becouse atvthis quntity of memory more free RAM its very useful.

If you want futureproofing, then consider the 8GB RAM option.

With no apps started except mem check & most of xiaomi/google bloatware uninstalled by ADBFastboot, my have 3.95GB used & just 1.85 free.
I'm really regretting buying the 6GB version.

100% battery in 46 minutes is not true. I have this phone and you need 65 minutes to recharge to 100%.

recently updated to miui 14.0.1 yesterday and my ig cam starts to get laggy whenever i use it. the camera on other 3rd party apps seems to be fine, only the ig cam is laggy. does anyone face the same problem?

Divinentry, 18 Aug 2023After updating to Android 13 my Redmi note 12 pro 5g screen... moreWeird, what ROM do you have? I'm on global, A13 since a couple days ago and I don't have that issue. The auto brightness does get iffy sometimes, like it takes a second to adjust when you turn the screen on, but then works normally. This happened on Android 12 as well though. One of the few bugs I have encountered.
I did a factory reset after updating so maybe that also avoided any other issues on my end.

After updating to Android 13 my Redmi note 12 pro 5g screen brightness is going on off every 2/3 seconds making it unbearable to use the phone. I can't think of it as a 10 on anything (closest thing would be the screen IMO) but it is a solid 8-9 on everything. Main camera can take some amazing shots. And the performance has been great, runs MIUI and any regular app without issues. I'm not a gamer so I can't speak for that, there's more powerful phones for gaming than this one at similar prices. Yet I can't think of it being bad at it.
