Redmi's have more modern features though, larger batteries, higher refresh rate, faster charging, better cameras... So it would be up to you to decide.

I have a Xiaomi Mi 9! Is the Redmi Note 12 pro and pro+ much better then my one?
Is it worth switching to a Redmi?

When talking about the selfie camera which one has a wider FOV, better skin tones, has good white balance and one that can take harsh lighting outside with better dynamic range...the Redmi Note 12 Pro or the Poco X5 Pro?
Would it be safe to say Redmi phones get better priority with updates than a Poco phone?

C... moreIf you are asking can you charge this Redmi Note 12 Pro with 65W Lenovo charger - I think it shouldn't be any problem. Now it's not like it was before when phones were best charged with own chargers.

You can charge laptop if it has USB C port with thunderbolt symbol.

I'm geared towards the Redmi Note 12 pro than the X5 pro at the moment because 1. it's a Redmi phone which may translate to slightly better support by Xiaomi than with a Poco and 2. the main camera has OIS which i think is a deal breaker.

Well, I for one can recommend this one, but if you have the chance to test them for yourself, even better. I chose this one over the X5 Pro mainly because of being a long term redmi note series user, but I think I would have been happy with that one as well.
The F5 is a great option too, even faster processing and still quite balanced. For a little more money you can get that one.

Having no "official" IP rating, several intermittent touchscreen issues and colours on the main camera is "could be better" to say the least; using the main sensor zooming/cropping in on the photos reveal noise issues. And as mentioned due to changing financial circumstances i am downgrading my phone at the moment. Hence i am geared towards the Redmi Note 12 Pro more than the Plus version (or a Poco X5 Pro or Redmi Note 12 5G or a Galaxy A54) for many reasons.

I hardly see any reason to change it for any of these two, and I'm saying this while being very happy with my Note 12 Pro and knowing the X5 Pro and F5 are amazing devices as well.

Pleasantly impressed at how fluid the phone feels. I don't think it is the SoC alone, but also must be the usage of quality NAND memory.

If I was looking for a midrange phone thinking about their SoC w/ good Display (quality & colour), great performance, great speakers sound (clarity & loudness) and main & selfie camera (colour accuracy, dynamic range, low light, white balance) would you go for the Poco F5, Poco X5 Pro or a Redmi Note 12 Pro? or shall i just keep my OnePlus 10T?

My first impression about REDMI NOTE 12 PRO 5G is positive. The design is smooth and fast. Battery life and camera are perfect.
