Don't know if buy this Note 13 Pro+ or go for the K60 Ultra. Both have Chinese Rom, but they are very affordable. Wich one you recommend guys?

Please, the exact information on how many Android updates will be received was also given by the Xiaomi 13T category, which will receive 4 years. And whether the Chinese ROM supports European 4G and 5G networks.

Really no microsd slot and no jack 3.5mm? I'm looking for a good succesor for my redmi note 10 pro and still can't find one, where my phone was launched in 2021 and has double sim + micro slot , a jack 3.5mm port, balanced processor, it seems that no one of the new phones in 2023 still can't beat it in term of specs.

Let's see what kind of phones are going to be launched in 2024, if not, I might keep my old phone forever.

Security patch 2023.06. And MIUI 14.0.3. I think thats awesome. Redmi Note 9 Pro 128/6GB. I’ve never regretted buying those Xiaomi phones. I had 5 Samsung phones (Star S5230, Galaxy mini, Note 2, A20, S21FE. All of them died ‘somehow’ Note 2 was the king and the Note series overall. But the Samsung’s UI instability… oh god, all the time, I hate them for now. Can’t trust anymore. Couldn’t buy a flagship xiaomi, but a midrange one! My 3yo Note9 Pro battery still better than my brand new S21FE ever was.

The biggest problem for me with all this Redmi series, is the lack of long-term OS support. Those only two major updates is frustrating.
We are not YouTubers in order to change phones every year, so i think at least Xiaomi must provide four years of major android updates.

The phone features are promising but it could have been better if it had 3.5mm jack, Radio, Dual SIM + SD card support like Redmi Note 1O Pro. And there should have been 2OOMP + 8MP dual selfie camera. If this phone had this features then it's selling price should be $45O & still people could buy it.

Daim Boi, 15 Nov 2023if you can't afford cloud drive annually then you'... moreCongrats for being rich! Now let us poor, 3,5-mm jack and SD-card loving peasants listen to music using our wired headphone and use SD cards to get more storage for very cheap. Certainly you would not be a fitting company amidst us poor peasants who are unable to even dream to afford a Galaxy S23 Pro Max M4 with 2 TB of storage, o my lord.

I swear, some people just want to flex with no reason. Like, alright, you don't like the 3,5 mm jack and you can buy great wireless earbuds, fine. But not everyone can buy those or even want to use those. One problem with wireless earbuds is the latency when gaming, one problem that is easily solvable by a cheap wired earphones that cost $20 or even less.

Does the 3,5 mm jack use up space inside the phone? Yes, it does, but not much. Are there earphones that plug into the USB C port? Yeah, there are. Are they cheap enough to replace the old 3,5 jack? I don't think so. Can people use dongles? Yes, but they easily break and only adds to more cost.

Oh yeah, another reason for SD card is that it's simply cheap and easy to use. And not everyone has access to high-speed internet connection to justify investing in high-capacity cloud storage, especially in developing markets.

Hell yeah I'm poor, that's why I'm in this page about this (mid?/low? range) phone lmao, I only got them cheap Aria as daily driver, TWS is way too expensive to just sound close to it and getting another dongly bits... ugh..

my freakin Mi 8 is on its last leg and hoping this could be a good replacement or maybe getting the non plus for the jack alone, maybe you guys got other suggestion in the price range?

Anonymous, 15 Nov 2023Wanting a headphone jack or sd card doesn't equate to ... morei owned quite a few audio gear like sundara and moondrop variation. i don't use native 3.5mm audio jack. they sound sh*t since most phone uses cheap dac unlike LG G and V Series. i missed those times quad dac that can be tricked to high/low gain. also with very small gap of volume steps which can easily control how loud i like to listen.

phone with 3.5mm audio jack has cheap native DAC that won't let you play beyond 24b/48khz music files as it is limited to that. its why i use external dac/dongle dac + 3rd party music app like Hiby Music/UAPP just to bypass the android resampling.
