i think you bought a chinese rom and you can change the rom to global in the technician or if not, just go to settings.

I've had the Redmi Note 13 Pro for about a year now. It's great. It takes nice pictures, decent video, works fine with social media, it's good enough for occasional gaming. And it now has Hyper OS 2.0 and still works fine. Best phone...
