Consumer, 22 Jan 2024Waiting for battery endurance tests results. 🙏They are out. Terrible, as expected. Guess 4g version is better value for money.

                  Hello
What is the flow of this electronic SIM card?
Does the eSIM model support only one nano SIM tray?
                  (Like Apple?)
And what region and model is the eSIM version for?

Anonymous, 20 Jan 2024Recently i bought a new dac for my PC and out of curiosity,... moreOn many Xiaomi phones, you don't need a USB DAC since analog audio is available through USB-C with 3.5mm adapter.

Many other Chinese brands also do it while smartphones sold in the Western world usually don't come with analog audio through USB-C.

I am not sure why. It cost only a few cents to connect the pins to the internal DAC.

And they removed the 3.5mm jack from the 13 Pro+ already.

                        That's totally worth it

Give me a 3mm headphone jack and a memory card and I would seriously consider buying this phone. I refuse to pay the cloud for storage. I'm a musician and I'm lucky enough to have an excellent set of headphones with a jack. WiFi sound is no good to me.
So many makers are taking hardware away from us and charging more money. Not good.

It drained 1% for ~10 minutes. That's almost as much as browsing. Totally unacceptable and impractical.

I should warn you though that Apple's adapter has volume issues on the European model because EU regulations forced them to limit the power output to half of the regular amount. At least the limited power output doesn't cause the battery to be massively drained, and Android 14 is much better at controlling this with dongles as well, so you shouldn't see such a massive battery drain.

The 3.5mm jack is absolutely essential.
