just bought this phone it performs briliant doesn't heat up and everything works smoothly (btw i use 120hz and battery doesn't drain athough a lot of pre-installed bloatware)

idk why yall dramatic, it's still a good phone but dont expect it would kill all midrange phone, just use 60 hz or adaptive display if you need long lasting battery. The heat only occur if you play high graphic game, opening app for too long, placing on your bed

having problems with my SkullCandy ear buds. The volume is extremely low just on this device. I don't know if its a bluetooth problem or some restrictons in the options but i cant find a solution. If any1 has had the same problem and fixed it, please send me a solution

HyperOS still isn't awesome, but the phone has gotten may updates in recent months and I think is better now than it was when it released. I can't remember any major bug and battery life has been surprisingly decent, even though it has never been great on this phone.
My honest advice, hold on for another two or three months, Redmi Note 14 series will be released globally then and they should have improvements in battery life and maybe even thermals.

Hi,i want to switch to Xiaomi 13 pro 5G and i have some questions,does the phone beat badly when gaming,and have Many bugs because of HyperOS? And how's the battery life? I have a Xiaomi note 10 pro and i think If i move to Xiaomi note 13 pro 5G the battery will Drain a bit faster.Im thinking to switch to 13 5G pro or 13T but i wanna hear some oponion of the 13 pro 5G

I have switched to REDMI NOTE 3 after getting fed up with Samsung's looting. I kept on buying upgrades as I was so happy. I have bought a Note 9 which was also extraordinary..
About six months U have bought Redmi Note Pro 13 + spending nearly Rs. 30000 INR. I am thoroughly disappointed as
1) Battery lasts hardly 8-10 hrs
2) Phone hangs especially while using What's app
Complacency , arrogance and avarice seems to creeping in to MI too. Why I say so?
1) Releasing dime a dozen varients in every series and and switching to next series too quickly to milk the market
2) Slashing rates drastically to make trusted users like me feel cheated
3) Soft grade upgrades are not improving battery life or hanging issues
TIO SUMP UP, THIS WILL BE MY LAST REDMI PHONE

W... morePro 5G over Pro 4G all day IMO
13 Pro+ has a better build I think, curved screen and different processor. I didn't like it very much back then when it released, I've always thought the 13 Pro 5G was a better deal (3.5mm jack, Qualcomm SoC for the people who like custom roms, lighter and a design I like better).

Anonymous, 31 Oct 2024For how long are you using it? How about overall performanc... moreAround nine months. It's been okay. Battery life is regular... It isn't bad, it isn't great either. Performance is good for every day to day usage, I have the 256/8 version. I haven't had issues with any app but I don't play games on it so I can't speak in that regard. Highlights are the main camera, screen, weight/comfort, 3.5mm jack. Software support has been okay as well, it didn't use to get many updates but I've gotten like three or four since june and it is in the latest HyperOS/Android 14 with october security patch.
I tried to switch to a Samsung A55 that was faster/smoother, had better software experience and better battery life, but the screen was awful to me. Terrible PWM so I had to return it and get back to this one for the time being.
I can recommend it if you find it around 250 USD. Very few phones are better than this at that price point. But be aware the battery life can be disappointing depending on your needs. I'm expecting to replace it for the upcoming global release of Redmi Note 14 Pro+ or something else to be honest.
