I just found out sth. That second chamber for earpiece speaker leaks the voice when your talking to someone, so people can fully hear your conversations 😑

What I really like about this phone is the headphone jack. Coupled with Hi-Res output of Poweramp and Xiaomi Sound enabled, it produces an enjoyable sound. Yeah, a dedicated DAC still sounds better but if you don't want the hassle of another cable I recommend this phone. Just don't update it to Android 15 because Google has ruined the Hi-Res output. But that's applicable to every other phone.
Xiaomi Sound makes the sound "fuller" so I also leave it on with Bluetooth.
Overall, good SQ.

If you choose gesture navigation instead of 3-button method, the back gesture's vibration is out of proportion compared to others. So much so that it ruins the haptics for me.
Other than that, I guess it's fine.

Just received this phone 2 days back, and the standout feature of this phone is the haptics. Its something you should experience physically. It may not be on par with the like of pixel or iphone but its awesome for the price. I didnt give importance to the haptics, but after this phone... i do. Not to mention everything else on this phone is good for the price. It really does give a premium vibe.

... moreMediatek on a china phone? Seriously? hahahahahaha If I have enough money, I will invest in a branded phone even though it's not high end, at least branded. As time pass by, these china phones' performance drops significantly. Especially if the phone's memory is about to be full. Like this Redmi Note 13 Pro.
Same Camera? Same pixel count but different lenses which makes the photo stand out. And that's a huge difference based on my experience. Also, the camera app used to take photos makes a difference
