Sometimes gallery failed to operate..after reboot can't on back to normal.. Need to remove battery then turn on the phone..just buy the phone last week,but facing these problem..very disappointed

Hey everyone. Using miui 7.1.4.0.
Battery life is just Normal not good.
Some time Sms recieved very Late change. I change Network but issue not solved.
Battery timing is just normal not good.
Some time Power button not work. Than i erase the Battery..
Any One Suggest Me?? What can i do??

everything is great but the screen glass easily breaks... been using the phone for not even a month and I got a crack on the screen just by putting it my pocket..
