AnonD-506466, 02 Mar 2016can work battery to 12 hours or more with normal use ? Yes!!.. in my regular use i can use it more than 12 hours.. usually i play Clash of clans.. Clash Royale.. and just some phone calls..but if u disable wifi battery life will extended a little bit..

Do check in security setting, change the mobile data restriction.

2. Make sure your aervice provider using 3g/4g frequency that is supported by redminote2.
4. Make sure internet setting (apn, password,etc) has been set properly.
If all steps above has been completed but still doesnt work, you may try to call your service provider.
