Do check in security setting, change the mobile data restriction.

2. Make sure your aervice provider using 3g/4g frequency that is supported by redminote2.
4. Make sure internet setting (apn, password,etc) has been set properly.
If all steps above has been completed but still doesnt work, you may try to call your service provider.
