My phone stopped charging all of sudden, went to see a technician who told me that the bottom chip (include charging port and microphone) need to be replace. Which i ordered from Aliexpress. Always used original charger. I used this phone over a year never faced any other problem. Yes the battery timing will reduce over the time. But still i say Its definitely a great phone to have.

I have 3 month with this phone and no complaints, great performance and a long battery life, good at any game on google play

Redmi Note 3 maybe not available anymore except for 2nd hand. You maybe still can buy Redmi Note 4 but the stock maybe limited and fast run out in favor of Redmi Note 5 Pro if U live in India or Redmi Note 5 China/AI if U live some where else in this world. I think better U buy Redmi Note 5 Pro/China because its have better balance performance and battery efficiency compare to Redmi Note 3 and 4. Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 also a good choice to consider.

The answer... moreWith the emerging of stock android base phone did we still need heavy customised UI skin like MIUI, ZenUI, TouchWiz, EMUI, HTC Sense, LG UX,Sony Xperia UI ? For me, I have enough trouble with this bloody and crazy UI and will opts to Stock Android base phone soon. With Stock Android we will get faster security patch update and OS version update plus no more bloatware we dont need. And utmost importance no more UI bugs that make our phone easily and fast heating, fast drains battery, simcard not works, wifi not works and all ridiculous situation happening to our phone. Stock Android is the answer and will provide us with peace of mind. I will not buy a phone with customised UI any more. Bye bye heavy customised UI.

Solution dont update except when the OS version update release by Xiaomiand its only happens once for Redmi devices. This skin Miui always bring headache with unsettled bugs to all Xiaomi Miui based phones.Some of U will says thats mean we also dont updating the security patch. The answers also yes because Xiaomi give us back dated security update.

Turn off backup messages.

After using redmi note 3 for a year the phone starting heating and draining had to sell it ...and buy a Samsung s7 edge no more Xiaomi product for now
